Simon is Creative Partner of 1DA and has over 20 years of experience in traditional, integrated and digital advertising.

He has been instrumental in devising award winning campaigns for previous clients such as SonyBMG, BBC, Spotify, O2, Cadbury’s and Mercedes-Benz.

Simon is contemporary, multi-disciplined and above all; a broad thinker who takes an empathetic approach to 1DA's clients needs. This approach is one of the key reasons why our clients entrust 1DA with their business.

Leontine West

Leontine heads up Business Operations, implementing processes for campaign delivery and managing logistics.

She has years of experience working on Digital and Social global campaigns for the likes of Burberry, Compare the Market, Unilever and McLaren to name a few.

Leontine is first and foremost a problem solver with a passion for creativity. Her pragmatic approach to project management ensures clients receive the most cost and time efficient solutions in the delivery of their campaigns.

Elisia Brown

Elisia Brown is Social Content Editor at 1DA.

She graduated with a BA in Linguistics with minor courses in contemporary african literature, languages in Africa and sociolinguistics.

Elisia is fascinated with the relationship between languages and culture, and has subsequently spent some time living in China teaching English to senior high school students and studying at the University of Nanjing.

Blogging and DSLR photography are her main passions outside of editing, travelling and language learning. She currently runs a travel blog and is a member of several international travel groups.

Elisia's main responsibilities are research, content creation, campaign reporting and data analysis across all social campaigns.

Mark Thompson

Mark is our Social Content and Outreach Manager. He is responsible for all things creative and influencer based at 1DA.

Graduating with a degree in Psychology, he is interested in social dynamics and human behaviour.

He has spent the last few years working with student ambassadors and influencers for the likes of innocent, adidas, Russian Standard Vodka and Deliveroo.
